I don’t care what anyone says - ‘Less’ is never ‘more’. More is more, particularly when it comes to your hair. ‘Hair thickening products that actually work’ has got to be one of the most googled anti-hair loss terms, yet most results yield sketchy snake oil salesman flogging phony products, and little to no actual advice.

Step 1: WASHING

Believe it or not, it’s not some sort of conspiracy to sell products when you read ‘rinse and repeat’ on a shampoo bottle. Just as double cleansing is absolutely having a moment for your face, double cleansing has a myriad of benefits for your hair, too.

The initial wash removes dirt, sebum and product build-up, clarifying your scalp and priming your hair follicles to better receive the beneficial ingredients within your hair treatment shampoo.
